Quality, professional 3D printing resins

DLP Type 1 Resins

All of our resins are suited to either SLA or DLP printing and each is configured accordingly.

The resins below are configured for mid to high end  power type DLP printers (we call these Type 1 - for example, these include printers such as the Asiga).

Using the incorrectly configured resin type may cause problems such as failed cure(under cure), or brittleness and light bleed due to overcure.

If in doubt which type is best for your printer, please email us to ask.

Resinous3D Model Material. (DLP1 -002)

Designed as a general purpose resin, with good mechanical properties, high print definition, and which can be printed at 25um - 100um layer thickness. Specially configured for DLP printers with a power output greater than 5mw/cm2

Typical Mechanical test Figures below are (green - as printed) / (post cure)

Typical UTS: 42Mpa / 68Mpa

Extension: 8% / 5%

Typical Flexural Modulus: 1.6Gpa / 2.4Gpa

Notched Izod Impact resistance 19 J/m / 30 J/m

(We recommend post curing this resin at UV power levels of 20mw/cm2 at 42c for best mechanical results over 30 minutes.)

Resinous3D High Performance Engineering Material (DLP1-003)

Designed as a material for printing engineering functional parts, High UTS, Excellent Flexural modulus and very good impact resistance. Great definition and can be printed at 25um - 100um layer thickness. Specially configured for DLP printers with a power output greater than 5mw/cm2

Typical Mechanical test Figures below are (green - as printed) / (post cure)

Typical UTS: 48Mpa / 74Mpa

Extension: 9% / 5%

Typical Flexural Modulus: 1.9Gpa / 2.9Gpa

Notched Izod Impact resistance: 24 J/m / 32 J/m

(We recommend post curing this resin at UV power levels of 20mw/cm2 at 44c for best mechanical results over 30 minutes.)
